The Nature Conservancy South Cape May Meadows is a great place for birding in the Cape May area. The trails are well-maintained, and there are observation decks and a bird blind for observing waterfowl.
Keith Perkins
Pleasant walking trails. One ends up at an expansive beach, another to an outlook over water and wetlands. Got "surprised" by deer, a hawk and a snowy egret flying in for a few minutes.
Maureen Willenbrock
Nice peaceful beach.
Sandy Sorkin
Great birding.

Absolutely
It's free, in the context that all nature is free, however every citizen who truly loves Open Spaces should join TNC. 50 years ago this was a cattle grazing area. Now, arguably, one of the best places on the East Coast to observe songbirds, shorebirds and raptors. Join CMBO for their walks and TNC for preservation.
