The rent increases are staggering. My rent has gone up $300 in the two years I've lived here. I'm looking to move out as soon as possible. Response: I doubt you guys can justify raising rent 16% in one year one. I know Fort Stewart is right next door and you along with other places nearby monitor their BAH increases. Also my apartment still has outdated appliances. Are the newer apartments paying more or can we who live in the older apartments expect stoves with burners that are level at least? Not sure how $1275 plus water (1325) for two bedrooms with out dated appliances is reasonable. You guys still have not fixed the pet waste basket that is on the ground.

Be careful when moving out . They get you with all these little fees and then when it comes down to move out they mail you a bill on top of your last rent which is crazy . NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO FOR A DRYDEN PROPERTIES AGAIN !!!

We have been living for almost a year with no issues or incidents. The property is clean and safe. The amenities are all up to date and in great working condition.
