Only clicking 1 star because of the Dr onsite at the time of occurrence was understanding of the lack of nurse staff. It was a crowded waiting room and did have to wait; however that was not an issue for the emergency I was there. Went to the back after a few hours into a chair in the express unit. Dr came in and advised the plan. Waited for over 3 hrs, as ppl came in and out. Not one person checked on me. I pushed the call button twice, which was just turned off. People kept coming in and nothing was wiped down just person after person sitting in the previous person's spot. I finally got up and asked the nurse about my curtain and she said they're busy. Ok, but Dr ordered things and still nothing, she advised to go back and wait. So I started to pack up my items and a nurse came in about 15 mins later, sat things in her hands on the red "Dirty" bin. I told her nope, I'm leaving since nothing had been done the entire time and to sit clean on dirty is the biggest NO ever. Not a clean place by any means. I will pay out of pocket and drive the additional 30 mins to head to the next hospital. I've been going here the last 5 yrs and each visit seems the cleanliness and empathy have went out the window, declining each visit. I'm sure we all wait too long to the go in and then to be treated with dirty chairs, equipment, hospital staff that is verbally "talking about this crowd is what I've been dealing with all day". Only writing this, as I know I'll still be charged for an ER visit that wasn't fullfilled and could've been. When nurses are in the halls discussing everyone's diagnosis to other nurses (not in a good way), I think it's time to move onto another career path. This was the absolute worst visit I've had in my 48 yrs and so glad I left that day. I'm sure I would've been back for sepsis, fasciitis or another type of infection just from the unsterile place that the Dr wanted to cut into my arm. I rarely post this bad of reviews, but the hospital needs to fix the issue promptly or the health department needs to go in and clean-up some of the issues happening there promptly.

I have been to hospitals with less capabilities that paid more attention to treating problems. Would not recommend this place and I will not return unless dying so I can evacuate bowels for a tip.

I arrived with an eye laceration and got taken back to a room very quickly. I was told I’d need stitches. Then the ER must’ve gotten busy, because I got left in that room with blood running down my face and no pain medication for almost two hours. Nobody even came by to tell me that I’d be waiting for a while or offer me a piece of gauze to clean up. My husband left, went to 2 different restaurants to pick up dinner for us, came back and we ate the dinner all while I was waiting. When the PA finally came in to do the stitches, she was very nice and did apologize for the wait. Procedure was fairly painless. However when I got them taken out, my PCP said they’d been put in way too tight and the removal process was very difficult and painful.

I have been living with a horrible skin infection for a long time. Is there anyway for someone to check and see if I have sepsis. I honestly believe I do but no one will help me. Will you?

You should see your doctor, go to urgent care, etc. No one gives medical advice over the internet.

Am having a sharp sudden pain in my head that weakens my eye and tend to slow up my activities what could be the cause?

Could be anything, but a stroke comes to mind. If your still alive and conscious and you aren't already at the hospital you might want to call 911 and have them pick you up.

Do you open in a Saturday

As far as I know any hospital ER is always opened, certain parts of the building and depending on what a person is wanting varies as well but I personally think any place is better then trident, trident is ok sometimes but most of the time staff show obvious lack of care
