I recently ordered a cup of coffee and asked for sweetener packs....the girl ignored my request and said she would do that for me. I like to put my own sweetener amounts in my OWN coffee. When i got back to my office, the coffee had nothing in it!!

Any location should be able to make it for you. Just order a whole milk steamer with two shots of espresso, two shots of caramel syrup, three shots of toffee nut syrup and three shots of cinnamon dolce syrup.
