Lately for some reason, they want answer the emergency numbers hard to get a hold of anyone. Also hate to say also mowing lawns if you rent got to pay for own mowing, some people don't have a mower, and can't afford for someone to mow, also storing it can't be inside, but no where on outside to store it.

How long is the wait for homeless person?
Is it ok if the will not accepted your rent money then have you Eviction for not paying your rent .anyone who would like to see the note the mail me can I have it .
Yes...
U have to be able to pay the difference between the rent and utilities that housing doesn't cover
Less than a week. Waiting time varies though, all depends what they have available and how many are on the list ahead of you
Yes, I moved in last month and they will call you when it's your turn and you come in to see the Apartment you'll be in and you can ask questions and they do a small interview. If you are ready you can sign the papers, pay the rent and other fees, and they will give you keys the same day. Good luck!! (Make sure to keep all papers and get the numbers list for maintenance and such)
Pick up an application, fill it out, and turn it in. The application will tell you all the documentation you will need. Take those with you when you go turn your application in. It will save you time.
Yes you can still apply. I'm from Cleveland TN and I got one and it only took them three months to get me an apartment and that was during covid
You do need your most recent bank statement and proof of income.
You just have proof from social security how much you get
The post office for 15 $$ they give you 3
When you turn your application in you will need birth certificates and social security cards for all household members and photo ID for everyone over the age of 18 and proof of income.
Behind KFC and McDonald's

Yes you have to take them to the office with ID

Yep. It's best to talk to them about it and if it doesn't stop, then say something to housing about it.
No. I live in Westwood Heights. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've lived here several years.
I live at Forest Hills
They'll ask for two or three, but if you don't have any because you're getting your first place it's not a big deal.
They're always taking applications. Can't say how long the waiting list is, but it usually doesn't take very long to get an apartment. The sooner you submit an application the sooner you'll get in. Best of luck.
I think you can apply for a two bedroom. I'm not sure if it's any faster to get in though. Hope this helps.
If you mean for the residents, it depends on where you live.
When I rented they said 1 bedroom had the longest waiting list(6 months) you can request a 2 bedroom even if your 1 person you can get any size apt you want..My 2 bedroom took me 3 weeks to get.
Birth certificate social security cards proof of income for all in household
Photo ID, social security cards for everybody, proof of income.
