There is a sign at the entrance to the track that tells you how many laps equal a mile. It depends on which lane you are on (inner vs outer).

It is open for walking.
Anyone can play.You have to bring your own ball

Call the office during buisness hours
Get a membership free or 5 dollars if live in easley. When you walk in the front door there will be people at the desk and they will be happy to help.. the walking track is nice and has AC.

If you're talking about the covered picnic table areas, they are free. They don't do reservations for them, it is first come first served. We have many of the kid's birthday parties there.
There usually is a tournament going on in the park during the end of May....so, yes, it would be best to call the park office
Stop by the office. Using the park is free for county residents.
Like Summer said the walking track access is a one time fee of $5. The other sports programs have their own fees. Otherwise enjoying the Sports Complex outdoor exercise, play areas, and the picnic shelters (when not reserved) are free!
