Not the 1st time being there but they gave us a brand new waitress who was still learning the ropes. Had a large party and she did the best she could. We were there way longer than needed just waiting on our food. And one of the party members got cold food. I know this place can do better!

If you decide to go on a Saturday night be prepared to wait...we got there at 5:30 after after getting on the waitlist online...It was suppose to be a 15-20 minute wait according to the info online and then reverified by a hist when we arrived. Not even close we waited closer to an hour. The server was very pleasant and friendly when she came to our table, but she was slammed in her section (no fault of her own) but this did eventually get in the way of having good service. We waited 20 minutes to get drinks from the bar, ok, but then we were only asked for refills on the soft drinks. We had a spill on our table that stayed covered with our napkins the entire visit. When we asked for more napkins, silverware, and a towel/something to clean up the mess it never arrived. The manager came to our table to let us know that somehow two entrees had not been made and were quickly being prepared. We waited 10 more minutes. The worst part of that the manager walked away before we could tell her about our mishaps. Not to mention that my entree for being fresh had dried out noodles?! What?? It was suppose to be fresh off the line. BOXES AND CHECK PLEASE! For a meal that cost $200 + tip it wasn't worth it. Next time if the urge to hit OG arrives I will do curbside or find another Italian option. The standard/mark/norm however you phrase it; it was missed terribly.
