An officer told me I was going to jail because he felt I was speeding but could not provide a speed or his badge when asked. He even made me put my hands in the air! I was going 17 mph and had security footage to prove what he did. Totally corrupt, backwoods, "rustic" police officers. This is an example of a man who has no business carrying a gun, which he also brandished while threatening to take me to jail. One of the drawbacks to living in a small Southern town, hillbillies are put in a position of authority and it's sickening what they get away with. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I pray that God reveal truth to this agency. From the sheriff, Da, magistrate and all other staff. It's not okay to continue to allow a woman to make up lies and file false charges. Just wait till the truth hits the media. Everyday a person is held in jail over lies, will be directly compensated by this department and the state of NC.

I was working out of town there far from home,and was arrested for a dui where I passed the field sobriety test and blew an .08. Which I know what I did was wrong ,but the officers took my glasses for the field sobriety test,and refused to give them back. I sat in jail practically blind because I have a strong prescription, for 3 days,and had to fork out another 300 dollars for a new pair
