There are desserts like the peanut butter balls that don't have almond flour. I'm not sure if your question is based off of an allergy or not. But if it's because you don't like the texture of almond flour they Mill it here themselves into a very fine powder so it does not even have the same grit as store bought almond flour.
We use erythritol at the bakery. No aspartame or xylitol is used
