They’re always out of something, which I get on occasion, but EVERY time I go there out of a lot of things. I used to work at SB and do ordering, so I’m not sure why it’s always like this. The other location up the road is much better!

Wifi service is horrible, They should extend their store hours, People are too easily offended and resort to backhanded measures instead of confronting issues directly, I would not trust this vendor. The service however is thoughtful.

Talk about disrespectful. Yesterday (AUGUST 18, 2021) I went in to buy ONE DRINK and it was empty inside and one car in drive thru. I waited 25 minutes with my toddler and still no drink but every white person who came through drive thru after me got their drinks immediately. The barista with the PURPLE HAIR he kept skipping pass my drink and making others drinks. I proceeded to ask what was taking so long and he said they're backed up in a rude tone. I said yeah now you are but when I ordered my drink you had one other customer. He began talking very disrespectful towards me, when I spoke to him he rolled his eyes and turned around. I flipped out and cursed him out. He needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Racism at its best! I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT STARBUCKS IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. AND THAT INCLUDES THE STORE AND THEIR GROCERY ITEMS. DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE IS WAY BETTER ANYWAYS!
