Left me for 4 hours without treatment with kidney and intestinal infection and COVID symptoms. My mom called and asked why I hadn’t been seen. They didn’t have me registered. Treated everyone around me but me. Very unprofessional come out in waiting room to ask weight and get vitals while others are listening . Isn’t there this thing called hippa ?

Left me suffering in the Emergency room for 4 hours with a possible kidney stone blockage. They said they was waiting on pharmacy to bring the meds ordered so I sat bawling, waiting, had all test done and still nothing. I watched pharmacy come and administer medicine to others yet I was told they refused to treat me til a bed was had. I walked out w/o treatment still peeing massive amounts of blood and vomiting in excruciating pain.

Very rude staff, went here to take a friend to an MRI. Wouldn't let me inside to wait for him in the lobby, and one staff member pointed at my medical alert dog and said "Does THAT thing have to come in?" Absolutely no respect for patients let alone disabled individuals with medical aides. Disgusted by this treatment and will never come here again, nor will I recommend anyone to this facility.
