These people really went the extra mile, especially Kimberlee, the service advisor and the mechanic who performed the work. Which by the way I found out that he came in early on his time to review schematics of my vehicle electrical system to solve my problem. Which incidentally I wasn't charged for his extra hours. Seems these mechanic shops at these dealerships might be becoming more competitive.
