Woke up to a flat tire at my hotel, I found Black’s Tire Service on google. They had very honest reviews and boy did it definitely speak for itself. Paul answered and welcomed me to come fix it. They took me in quick and repaired the tire perfectly. I had to Uber to the shop, but instead of Ubering back, Paul did a kind deed of driving me back to my hotel. Service Professionalism everything just impeccable about how thoughtful they are, I recommend every one to come here for their car services.

I thought this was the best place at one time. They have been on a steady decline since Vincent left. I went today with a nail in my tire. Tires that I spent around 7-800 dollars on from them mind you. It was 8 am. They opened at 7:30 am and yet told me they were too short staffed to help me. This was the third time they have sent me away because they claimed they didn't have time to do some type of work. I accepted it the first time when they said the entire staff was sick and it was 2pm. I even accepted it at 10 am when they said short staff and told me from now on come in as soon as they open but today at 8 am, very unacceptable. They were not concerned about my safety. It was a nail in my tire not some big job. There were 3 people in the shop waiting not 30. I went down the road to East Palmetto establishment. They had a room full of people. They did not turn me away. They were not going to let me drive and possibly injure myself or someone else. I was in and out in an hour. I didn't mind waiting at this establishment but they didn't even give me that option. They just told me no. I have spent thousands of dollars between our 4 cars here. I was a good customer. Never complained about wait time or price. I hate to leave a bad review but this was the third strike and I feel like others need to hear. East Palmetto was wonderful. I think the guy who helped me name was Al and he was extremely nice and helpful. I really appreciate them for their help and concern.
