They say drive through is open 24 hours no one is working at 5:30 a.m.I also get it people do not want to work anymore.

We tried to eat here and use the restroom but all the doors were locked despite the door stating the dining hours would be open until 1000. The worker saw us and did not inform us of any reason for the doors being locked. It was 300 in the afternoon 6/26. We decided to eat elsewhere instead of using the drive-through. If there was an employee shortage or some other understandable reason for the dining room being closed, please place a sign in the door to inform customers (we tried multiple doors).

Prices have been raised and it was $37 for me and my fiance to eat there. For fast food that's kind of expensive in my opinion we can almost go eat at a steakhouse almost 20 extra dollars. The service was friendly and fast.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I placed an order online on the jack in the box website for $62.11. When I went into the store they refused my order because they said it wasn't in their system. I showed them the order receipt, with the date, time, and location. They said they still wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said she is a manager. I said, ok can I speak to the manager over you? She said she's not here...I asked if I could please have her name and contact information. She then used receipt paper to write the managers name and phone number. It was then the manager over here came back behind the wall toward the drive through. I said, is that the manager??? She turned back intentionally ignoring me, when I see her name tape. I then said, can I please speak to you about my concern? These managers acted as though my issue meant absolutely nothing and continued to walk around and move around the room without addressing anything. She then reiterated that she couldn't help me and that they wouldn't honor the web order and that I just needed to call a 1800 number (which they never gave me) and request a refund. I asked to have her district managers name and number and the owners information and was denied. The second manager walked in and had someone who claimed to be the district manager on her phone. She held the phone 5 foot away and spoke to me over speaker telling me that this is a cooperate issue and not theirs. As I am writing this, the $62.11 is still taken out of my account, I received no food, no help from the company or their managers. The owner needs to fire this leadership immediately!!!!! This was hands down the worst experience that I have ever gone through in fast food. I will never ever use their app again!!!!

Poor service ....fake tasting meat for burgers...way to long food wait...just not worth the time or money
I try to eat more local fresh foods and Real food but when traveling I go for some fast stuff. Thanks for the tip.
