Savannah Gates, the manager of the apartments, is disrespectful and overly attentive to the smallest problems; whilst ignoring the large ones. Large problems such as the cooling system failing in a family apartment and blurring the lines for a solution, probably to avoid conflict and accountability. Or leaving their “work” mess around for playing kids to trip and twist their ankle on. Not just this, but also misplacing tenants rent money, threatening eviction, and then finding it within their possession with no apologies. Wait, there’s more! Towing tenants only form of transportation out of spite. If you have children, I DO NOT recommend Edgewood Apartments as an option - only a last resort. Gates stresses people out for the fun of it and should really find another occupation because this gig is not working for her. Please, spare yourself the headache and IGNORE this place.

Thank you. They must have changed it because i lived there when they were first built but had to move Bec it was so expensive and i couldn't afford it. I had to pay $550. Was thinking of checking them out again if they are income based .
Income based- but 400-600 if you qualify.
