Friendly and professional staff. You rarely have to wait for them to see you for your scheduled appointment. All dental work they have done for me has been done correctly with minimal pain and no follow-up work required. Dr. McCraw and his staff are people you can trust.

My family have been patients at McCraw Denistry for many years and think it to be the best. The quality of care is highlighted by his office and technician staff.

The girls here at this family practice are fantastic. They work hard to make sure they can provide you with the best possible care and make you feel it home. So nice to be treated like a friend rather than just a number like most big practices.....

I made an appointment with Dr. McCraw for a crown as my usual dentist is not in-network for any insurance. My first appointment was canceled less than 2 hours beforehand due to Dr. McCraw being out of the office that day. I called to reschedule the appointment and was told that the receptionist would call me back in 15 minutes. Three hours later I had yet to receive that returned call. Finally I called back myself and made a new appointment. I arrived for my second appointment, checked over the paperwork I had already filled out prior to the visit and waited to be called back. I then noticed a sign hanging up that said they no longer accepted Cigna insurance. My assumption is that a halfway competent office would inform patients of the change, especially patients who have Cigna insurance. It would have been nice to know of the change when making the appointment (and telling them what insurance I have), or even upon arriving to the office. Thankfully I did notice the sign hanging on the wall, among 4 others, and saved myself $650. To be sure, this isn't a review of Dr. McCraw. He very well may be a great dentist, but despite having 2 appointments and sitting in his waiting room I never saw him. His office staff though is a joke and their incompetence cost me 2 missed days of work and almost another $650 that insurance wouldn't have covered.

Dental implants have a success rate of 98% as long as your surgery is performed by an experienced and qualified dentist, there s no reason to worry. In fact, dental implants are the only restoration that stimulates your jawbone and prevents your teeth from shifting, making them the safest option in the long run.
Typically, veneers last seven to fifteen years with proper care. In some cases, they may last even longer. To maximize your veneers, avoid habits that are bad for your teeth like chewing ice cubes or biting your fingernails.
Once your treatment is finished, the success of your dental implants is in your hands. For most patients, implants last at least 25 years before they need to be replaced. If you maintain excellent oral hygiene, including regular brushing and flossing, they can last for the rest of your life.
We understand that dental anxiety is a common fear that prevents many patients from getting the care they need. That’s why Dr. McCraw offers IV sedation to help you relax in the dental chair.
