Great Dentistry and wonderful staff! Doctor Dillon is a gentle, kind and smart dentist and she takes special care to be careful. She likes to sing and hum to the songs on the radio and she sounds great! 🎶🎵🎼🎤 🤘 she’s so good I’ve found myself slowly falling asleep in her chair while she works! ❤️DocDillon!

I called and was told making an appointment was not necessary. I asked to make one anyways and was told they take all emergency patients until 4. I let them know I did not live close again I was told it was fine. I drive the 45 mins to get there to have My daughter seen and make it well before 4 and they tell me without an appointment I can’t be seen. Receptionist was very pleasant. But do not listen to them when they tell you walkins are accepted. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

Are permanent dentures the same as implants?

Palms Dentistry | Feb 3, 2022
Palms Dentistry | Feb 3, 2022

No. A permanent denture includes a modified denture (set of teeth) that can attach to implants along with 4 or more dental implants (the post that's surgically placed within your jawbone). A dental implant may be used to secure a dental crown or bridge too. Interested in permanent dentures in Simpsonville? What is the best way to whiten my teeth?

Palms Dentistry | Feb 3, 2022
Palms Dentistry | Feb 3, 2022

The short answer: Professional tooth whitening by a dentist. Why? It'll work better than store-bought or DIY methods. Professional teeth whitening removes intrinsic (internal) and extrinsic (surface) stains, which means whiter, even, and longer-lasting results. It's also customized to you, including your sensitivity and desired shade of white.
