Positive: The lady that was working the office desk when I checked in was very nice and informative and helpful Negative: The room was disgusting the bed spread had cigarette Burns the curtain Rod was broken and The bathroom looked like it had not been clean. Not to mention the staff the next morning was very rude. I did not ask for a wake up Call yet received 3 phone calls

We booked a reservation, when we got there the computers were down, then said we didn’t have a reservation and had to pay cash. Which is fine, but then she said we couldn’t get a receipt. We said just write us one and she wouldn’t so we took our business elsewhere. The lady at the desk was absolutely rude and mean. WILL NOT RETURN

Dirty, old outdated hotel. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Dusty old, stinky rooms. Did not stay once we arrived and owner yelled at us for asking for a refund.

I called to make a reservation about an upcoming stay. I was asking about availability for a non-smoking room for 4 people. When I asked about the price, the representative said, "$80 plus tax". I repeated the price to make sure I heard it correctly. When the representative said "yes", I replied "that's not what your website says", and they hung up.
