Please read all of this...The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The walls were very thin (we heard our neighbors snoring all night and a 4 or 5 year old running screaming down the hall at 4 am). The pool is just slightly bigger than a hot tub and looked like too many people had peed in it (I refused to let the kids swim in it despite the tantrums). The air was so dry inside our room that my daughter woke up at midnight with a gushing bloody nose ( we cleaned the pillow cases and comforter... you are welcome). We had a reservation for our return trip... the return trip was less fun. We checked in online the night before and upon arrival the hotel front desk clerk (same one when we arrived the week prior) asked if we could be on the 3rd floor even though the elevators were out. Us: why? Her: We need to keep 1st floor open for those with mobility issues. Us: OK, but why 3rd? Her: blank stare and crickets chirping. Us: definitely not 3rd floor. Me: (i may have had a mini Karen moment) proceeded to recap our first stay and i can't wait to leave a review. Her: OK I can do 2nd floor and I will likely respond to your review. We drained the pool and cleaned it. Me to husband: can we just go ahead and cancel like we planned and find another hotel?? Her: I will gladly cancel your reservation. Sadly we were so tired that we stayed. Staff was peeved or dejected this stay (except the housecleaning staff the next morning when I popped in to announce that we were leaving early and our room was open to clean... they were amazing). NOTE to front desk clerk: I may look fine but I have serious back issues. Carrying my suitcase up a flight of stairs jacks up my back even further. We will never stay there again and it made us question our Marriott status.

Elevator inoperable! Stayed in a first floor room that had a peculiar odor; had to run fan all night. Toilet seat falling off. Breakfast mediocre. As a gold elite member this hotel was not up to Marriott's standards and way over priced for the poor quality. Sorry.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and had great lighting. Smelled clean and fresh. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because there was a private hair in my bed. We called down to get a bedding changed. They said the could not. We then asked for a top sheet to cover it up. We never received it. Good thing it was a queen bed so I just slept on one side Staff was extremely kind and wonderful!

We paid a little more to stay at this specific hotel due to the pool. However, when we arrived, the pool had a broken heater and was dirty. There is no hot tub as show on the photos on the website. The room was not clean. There were bugs along floor in room. There were pizza boxes in the hall all night. We found a little, yellow pill on the floor. The staff was friendly, but definitely below standards.
