I took my watch to the Dakota watch stand to have a new band put on. There was a guy there who put the band on. When I got home the band was backwards. I took it back and the guy had quit. The manager attempted to fix it and didn't. I brought back today and the manager, finally fixed it and charged me $8.00 for their failure. Sad, not being responsible for your failure.
