Arrived and the lobby was closed, apparently shuts down after 10pm. After finally getting a receptionist, was informed the room I booked and already paid for was unavailable, and there was no option except to “upgrade” from a King room to a double bed room for an additional $25. Upon entry in the room there were zero towels and broken shelves. Stay elsewhere, not worth the hassle when you’re tired and coming off the road and the low prices aren’t actually low when they force “upgrade” you.

Should be a zero!!!! I stay here each week my security of my room was violated by staff! My unit didn’t work, and I found a piece of the bed frame under the bed. I didn’t have fresh towels. Last time I had one towel! I found someone else’s trash in the dresser too. I got more.

Peggy the hotel manager is no help. 1st let’s start with the check in. got there at 1 am had to wait till 2:30 for somebody to open door for front lobby. Then when we got to the room there was no heat or hot water. Room smelled liked weed. This is the worst hotel. The manager Peggy is not professional. The Refuse to refund my money back. Peggy basically said since we slept in room there’s nothing she can do. Ladies and gentlemen there’s no win here. I’m still fighting for a refund please don’t stay here I’m begging you

First, the don't honor the reservation you make. Gave away our room. Gave us a room we did not want. The place is a dump. Old and dirty carpet, bath area ugly, hard bed, amenities are scarce. Kitchen items on loan per asking, not supplied. No dishes at all. Looks like a bad neighborhood. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars & oatmeal. Old dirty mattresses in the rain by dumpster...oh and the dumpster & old, rusted out cars is the view for "picnic" area. Basically old , dirty and gross. DO NOT COME!
