You apply online wait for them to call that parts typical. Once they call you will have your face to face interview. Then they have a pre-hire class that lasts 3 hours in that class they give you a history on the company and let you do some hands on activities to see if you qualify. Then you will be waiting for HR to call if you were deemed qualified and they will offer you a position and give you the details on what shift you will be working what you will be doing and what you pay rate will be (they are starting most people at $15.25 on days but they are currently hiring for nights that has a $2 shift differential so you would be making $17.25 to start with.) Your drug and background check will be scheduled at this point then you will sign the job proposal if you decide to accept it and all other paperwork and will be give your handbook for the company and you tax forms to take home and sign to bring back on your start date which they will also give you.
