This place does not care about anyone, They do not help with resources AT ALL. You do all the work yourself they want 40% of food stamps but nobody cooks, they give you the same food for days at a time which causes innocent kids to get sick and throw up food is out of date, not cooked properly its even been days they forget to even feed us. Every issue you address Director Valerie she acts as if she cares but reality is she is trying to run it how she wants which runs into a issue because this last group of girls was so wonderful but none of our statements was took into consideration. So many families got kicked out over he said/she said stuff including me mother of 3 babies and waited days before telling us about our termination which was very wrong. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND NEEDS CITY OF ATLANTA INVOLED AND FOX 5 NEWS... You would think after a woman killed herself on the second floor shot herself in the head you would think stuff would change but NOTHING HASNT !!!!!!!

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEEDLESS to say. When I arrived I was turned around immediately because I hadn’t called “INTAKE” upon me talking to the Director VALARIE Hampton she instructed I was to call intake and be placed on the waiting list. Long story short a blessing in disguise called me back and said they had run for me and my 6kids. Ms. Hampton was not happy once she saw I was the same young lady she turned around. I was only there 2weeks and got kicked out for someone else who had an unknown issue with me. This place is NOT a safe place you’d want to stay and they don’t help you as far as finding housing. It’s women with no jobs nor kids who live there, they tell you you have to give 40% of your stamps, but yet we were being fed the same stuff every other week and it’s NEVER HOT!!!! This place needs to be investigated by the city of ATLANTA

No. But you can go to Community Freindship on Renisance Street across from Emory Midtown . You have to be homeless though.
Yes but its not worth staying there its like a mini prision go somewhere where you and tyour kids can actually get some help that shelter is about half empty now due to them putting alot of families out right after they recieved that million dollar donation and they didnt help or want to help families most of the donations or good stuff go towards them and their families they also take people people food stamps but never have enough food or good food
