Absolute slumlord!!!!!! Constant drug use, kids out in the streets unsupervised where they can get killed. Kids throwing trash in streets and other neighbors yards and Rod Conner does not seem to care. Police have been involved and he still allows this to continue. Maybe he should take the time to actually drive through the area and check in on tenants he rents to instead of just caring about collecting rent. Claims he has not had enough complaints even though the police have been in the area numerous times due to issues. Well one complaint is too many but since he needs more here is another.
