This place is great! I brought in my super old sewing machine in hopes to get it repaired. Jim took my machine and looked at it for a minute or two and said that with a bench tune up he could get it working! He worked his magic and didn’t shame me for the years of neglect that the machine has seen! He sent me off with a working machine, needles, oil and some knowledge to help me keep up my machine. This place is all about getting the customer what they need.

During the 2022 phase of the pandemic, employees wore (ineffective) cloth masks that dropped below their noses. Also, the store did not require customers to wear masks. One customer was wearing no face covering at all and was blithely walking around the store. So I left. I will take my business elsewhere.
