Incredible service by Linda - she was professional, highly responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I felt so fortunate to work with her and this company!

Read the recent reviews on this company closely. Then buy the product you need from someone else. This is one of the worst buying experiences of my life: 1) The flooring I was sold is pictured on the website as natural, unstained, clear coated varying colored pieces of jatoba, which matches my existing flooring plenty close enough. What was sent is all the same color: Very dark stained jatoba. It looks nothing like what I was sold. 2) Furthermore the flooring sent was damaged on all 4 corners, because it was inadequately packaged. (The corner protectors were too short, had slid down inside the shrink wrap, and the boxes protruded beyond the pallet.) When I arrived to pick up the flooring, I immediately saw the damage & called Georgia Carpet Industries. After sending them pictures and filling out their forms, my claim was denied. They are not standing behind the product, even though the product is damaged and is not even the same product shown on their website. Now I have bare concrete floor in my bedroom, and $2,224.68 of flooring that is unusable. Now what? Heed the reviews that say: "Don't buy from Georgia Carpet Industries".

Georgia Carpet Ind was the perfect place to purchase carpet and our sales representative was Steve, he was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this carpet company which has a large showroom and variety to choose from.

I agree with another reviewer; Everything about the transaction was amazing! I received patient, friendly, service. I got the exact carpet that I was looking for (very difficult to find this particular one). I had it delivered to my house for a reasonable price. I don't live in Georgia, so I was concerned it would be prohibitive, and it was not. I would not hesitate to buy more carpet from Georgia Carpet industries. I also very much appreciate Steven Brownlee's customer service.

Labor cost depend on the region of the country you are in. Typically in the southeast LVT installation cost around $1.25 to $1.50 sf. For Carpet you are looking around $4.50 a SY. This is for install only and does not include moving furniture. Also room conditions can change the cost also.
Yes. We have a small selection of rugs.
It really depends on the product. You can get standard 12 mil first quality starting at $1.99 square foot. They do have specials at times for .99 cents.
That is a lowes name you need to get the mill name
Yes they do.
What do you need to know about Georgia Carpet Industries. If you want to know about quality. They have everything from low budget to highend materials. They represent the entire spectrum.
