The folks at Pro Physical Therapy in Spindale are great! I’ve had the pleasure to work with 3 of their therapists. Kaylee, Steve, and Dylan. They are kind and genuinely have your best interest at heart. Everyone up there really wants to see you make progress. I’ve mainly worked with Kaylee. I started in an orthopedic boot and crutches. In just a few visits, I was walking without crutches. A few visits later, I was walking in shoes. The last thing I will say is that it was easy, but what I will say is thanks to professionals who know what they’re doing, I have started gaining my independence back. If it seemed like that I was tired, they encouraged me to rest. If they thought I needed a cup of water, they were always willing to get it for me. I watched this professionalism from everyone that works there with every patient they worked with. Yes at times they are going to encourage you to go a little further and a little harder, but they’re always there with you with encouragement. And there’s also one other person I want to mention, she met me every visit with a smile and a “Hey Mike Greene” when I walked in the door. And she always asked me genuinely how I was doing. JT is a large part of the operation. She was always willing to work with me if I needed to reschedule an appointment. And also, was very understanding if I needed to cancel an appointment. I just want to say thank you to Kaylee, Steve, JT, and Dylan. Thanks to them, and all the folks at Pro Physical Therapy, I’m definitely in a better place because of them.
