The technician, Christian was very professional, arrived within the time frame I was given, thoroughly explained what was wrong with the dishwasher not draining and cleaned the drain. He even made sure I see that the problem has resolved by running the dishwasher for approximately 2 minutes and I could see that the water did drain after the brief cycle. Thank you for your service!
