This was my first time visiting this place. I went because I was told they can fix/repair my shoe lift. The man kept telling what he would do insyead of asking me what I needed. I tried telling him but he didnt listen. He was rude, nasty and thought it was funny to make dispariging remarks about my shoe lift. It is nit okay to ever make fun of anyone, let alone someone with a disability. I you couldnt do it then he should have said so. I will never go back or recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely disgraceful service. They think it is okay to Belittle people with disabilities. Do NOT bring your service here!!! If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

I have a very beloved, pricey pair of leather Born boots that I've worn for the past 8 years. The heels had worn down and needed to be replaced. I brought my boots in and was charged (very reasonable prices) when dropping them off. I was told it would take 1 week to have completed. They were done within the given time and looked great. The issue is they feel awful. These boots used to feel so comfortable while walking and on my feet for any great length of time, now I almost dread putting them on because I know my back will end up hurting. I have considered bringing them back and asking if there is a different type of heel they could put on, I don't mind spending more if it means comfort. I will edit my review if I find they can improve on these heels.

They helped me out when I was in a pinch. I really appreciate their time and willingness to help me. They did an amazing job and the prices are fair!! I’ll be using them again. My heels seem to love getting new black sole thingys (don’t know the real name to the black plastic/rubber piece for my high heels).
