They office staff is the most unhelpful and unprofessional I have ever had the i pleasure of dealing with specially front desk personnel “Robin”. My father is up in his age and is in critical need of a surgery but requires MRI’s before doing so. He is a walking time bomb as to why his doctors have pushed to get these tests done so quickly. When trying to pay for the service the machine they use (which seems to very old and outdated) wouldn’t take my card. The lady at the desk “Robin” refused to process the car manually, and with other patients waiting wanted to speak out loud that my card was declined and I had no money. Embarrassing and VERY untrue! I assured her as I can very much prove I’m not broke and can afford to pay for fathers services, it is her machine that isn’t working. She insisted my card was foul. I even tried advising that for whatever reason the processing machine they have gave the same issue last week for when we had been at their facility, yet Lauren processed the card manually with no issues. She then tried to state that they can’t process cards manually out side of daytime business hours and that unless we had cash then he would need to leave and reschedule his needed tests. When we called a family member to get her small kids out of bed to assist. “Robin” thought that it would be cute and funny and mock the conversation with another worker behind the partitioned wall and to add insult to injury, In speaking with my mother who was calling to inquire on how he was doing when I mentioned to her that he was still back in the room and should only take 15 minutes “Robin” took it upon herself to state that he was still in his procedure. I kindly reminded her that I was having a private conversation and she wasn’t asked for any updates. Since “Robin” refused to run the card manually she told my sister that it was the policy of Piedmont imagining that they can only run cards manually during business hours. At which time she was reminded that their hours are till 10 PM today so doesn’t that mean we are here during business hours. A true disregard to everything on every level from this evening staff.

Unfortunately the MRI is a large magnet. A phone would not be allowed. We will however go out of our way to make sure you are comfortable during your procedure. Thanks for considering us for your imaging needs.
