They had friendly costumer service but the product was low and not very good stuff. They need way more product to be put out. Seems like the prices weren't great either

I used to purchased men's clothing, but the prices are getting too expensive. I rather drive 2 blocks to Walmart and buy new. There us only a few dollars difference. I know Goodwill is helping others, but the increase in cost drives me away.

Changed prices in books with out changing signs- only left of hard cover sign for 1.99. Cashiers did not tell me about the change until after she rang me up. This isn’t a good thrift store- I never find anything worth buying. Dishonest with prices.

Little irritated with how they operate. I had bought what I thought was a cord for an iPhone charger. I gave the cashier my money and then as she was retrieving my change I noticed it said android charger - which I have nothing android. I asked for a refund, literally haven’t got my change back, didn’t even leave the store. I was told I was only able to do an even exchange, even tho I didn’t even leave the store. Just annoying that it could be refunded when it was a simple mistake. I felt bad for the girl because you could tell I was annoyed but the manager didn’t budge…

The Goodwill store is a restore or donation type store they probably don't have new stuff but if they do have it I'm sure they will be glad to sell it to you give them a holler and I'm sure one of the qualified staff of people will be willing to tell you if they do probably save you a drive to check it out
