I wish that I would have read the reviews before contacting this company. 1st and foremost is that you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Even though they are open for business and it is during regular business hours. I couldn't. I contacted them got no response and I did not leave a voicemail. All of a sudden I got a text message. I spoke back-and-forth with someone and and finally arranged for an appointment at 4 o'clock the next day. Well 430 came around and I had not heard anything or seen anyone. I tried calling the company again and got no response. Big surprise exclamation poit's! So I sent a text message asking what was going on. I got a response that the guy was running late And that he would be over an hour late from the initial appointment tim. I responded back to them and told them to forget it. Whoever was on the phone sending the text messages was extremely rude and did not care about the the job. They gave no excuse whatsoever. Then I read this is a commonplace with this company. And their responses are always the same to every complaint.

Action Building Services just successfully completed 3 building jobs for us -- rebuilding shed and roof behind garage, replacing steps off backporch with composite material and replacing roof on well shed. We are very pleased with results. Workers were hard working and efficient. All old materials removed promptly. Money well spent.

You can save money on home repairs by hiring a general contractor. Action Building Services is your trusted answer!
Repairing a roof can be expensive depending on the amount of damage an individual's home has.
Roof repairs are important because they require emergency action in order for roof leaks to be stopped as soon as possible.
Some recommend against this because they may not know what paint is being used and the fumes they produce are harmful.
I would say that in most cases, a home repair warranty is worth the extra cost. At Action Building Services we offer one of the best warranties for your home.
Purchasing a home is an investment, so make sure you budget for costly repairs. Whenever a problem in your home needs attention, it's always best to speak directly with professionals and get the most accurate estimate of what the repair will cost before making any decisions.
You can find residential home repair contractors that are specifically skilled in each area of the home.
The average hourly rate for a handyman is $55, but handyman prices per hour range from $35-$80. Hourly rates can vary depending on the technical skill required for a job.
Handyman work is a broad term for any skilled trade that requires a wide variety of skills. These include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, cement and concrete pouring as well as drywall installation.
Plumbing work is typically reserved for plumbers. However, any professional handyman with a thorough understanding of basic plumbing principles and practices should be able to perform simple household plumbing tasks like replacing an old faucet washer or clearing a clogged pipe.
Tip your handyman when the job is complete. Waiting until the job is completed to provide a tip will make it clear how pleased you are with their work- you don't want to tip someone poorly and then have them return unexpectedly for another project, after all!
You have to decide how much time you want to spend on the project in question. Also, if it's a larger job and you will be doing it over a number of days, work out how many hours of work there are in each day.
Although you can estimate a job based on what a client tells you, it's better to get an idea of the amount of time needed for various tasks.
Quality and service The answer to this question really depends on both the quality of service you are providing and how much work you are willing to take.
The price of carpentry work depends on the complexity of the project. Generally it is broken up in three categories; small, medium and large projects. How long it takes to complete is also a factor - as are the materials that will be needed for the job (e.g., plywood instead of lumber).
Technically, a handiman can paint a house if they have the proper training and experience.
In order to be a successful handyman, one must be properly equipped. This means that he or she should be ready for any task big or small.
