They had good deals but when I went they said they don’t accept items in plastic bags due to Covid, but if they really cared about covid they would be wearing masks. Thought that was kind of weird

Terrible place to sell. First I come to sell items and they say they only accept items packed in bins and not bags (and it’s not listed on the store or on the website). So I come back, do what they ask, and in order for me to sell items, I need to be back in 30 minutes or they won’t buy as I was running errands as a busy mom and it would have been convenient to come back. All the other once upon a child’s I have sold at have never had these ridiculous requirements. So pretty much drove here twice for nothing. Replying to owner -you are right about the container rule. It would be helpful to list it on the door as well. do not lie about saying you would have processed my buy. I told you I had a eyelash appointment at 11 AM so twenty minutes later and you said it would only take a few minutes and that you would not process my buy unless I could be back within 30 minutes to which I said I would have to just come another time. I was very upset when I left because my time was wasted. I made sure I left early enough to drop off my buy before my appointment so that I could come back when I was done. So no you would not have processed my buy.

I drive out of my way to go to this location (I live less than 5 min from the Anoka location)- for buying, selling, and for pleasant staff! They always have an abundance of inventory in any size I need (I have 4 children) and I’m not tripping over items on the floor or feeling claustrophobic because so much is crammed in a small space like other locations. This location has continued to improve over the years (new ownership?). I’ve noticed others commented about frustrations when selling. My experience at ALL locations is that they do tend to break up outfit sets when buying. I’ve been told it’s because they may be in need of skirts in their inventory, for example, but may have too many tops, so they might only buy the skirt that’s part of the set. They also won’t buy new clothes with tags- or higher-end clothing in great condition- if they don’t need any more of that type of item in inventory or it’s not a style they think will sell. My opinion for those who are upset about any store not buying their items- they’re not required to buy your stuff! Bring your items elsewhere, sell it online, or have a clothing garage sale! 🙂

Waste of time. Bad customer service and not even worth selling here

Usually fall items. They almost always take jeans and nice leggings. It depends on the store and what they currently have in stock
This location is not open for the 4th.
Thrift stores have 50%off not sure if this applies to this store
