The Saturday market goes year round, however tomorrow is an unofficial market. There will be a number of vendors there from 9 till 1 (winter market hours) tomorrow but no market desk. Just guessing there is usually 10 to 15 vendors that will be vending tomorrow.
Any dogs can come as long as leashed!
The only thing that appeared different was a sign that requested people to physically distance, wear masks, etc. Recently there are not as many vendors so it's not as busy. Being that it's already outside I'm not sure what else there is to be done.
Go to the HARRISONBURG Farmer's Market website and ask them tgis same question. I LIVE IN California. When I went on vacation last year, they told me the prices.
In winter it is open on Saturday mornings. But, when it is brutally cold don't expect many vendors to be there.
