Saturday 10-8-22 11:35am ONE person working!!!!!! 7 people in line. Finally get to the employee. He kept putting the wrong thing in the computer we said coil he put everything but that and said they have nothing for my car. Finally my husband said just put coil and what do you know it popped up. I know they pay their employees MIN WAGE How do you run an auto parts store with ONE person? Phone ringing off the hook. Absolutely horrible management. Dm will be contacted. Went right down the street to different place and it took less than a minute in and out. They had my part!

Asked an older gentlemen running one of the counters to have my vehicle scanned due to service engine light. Was handed the "fix finder" and was told to do it myself. Came back in and another older gentleman in a rude tone told me that I must wait untill he was ready to hook it to the computer. He proceeded to ring other customers up and speaking to them in a very negative tone as which we were bothering him. I'm very bewildered to the response and customer service. I have no problem waiting. Just felt very unwanted to be in the store.

Bad experience I do not want to return to this place the elderly person who treated me super rude and did not want to change the spare part that I had bought a day before
