So before going anywhere I read reviews. I really like how a lot of reviews mentioned that they really pay attention to detail and they took their time. I had My do my nail and the reviews where so spot on. She paid attention to the detail, no globs of acrylic dip hanging from my nails. The coffin shape was perfect on every nail. My definitely took her time but I have to say that was the quickest I have ever had my nails done!! #skills Thank you

The nail tech was polite. However, I was not impressed with the service. The tech dipped my nails so much that my nails are too think. She also used the dremel too hot and close to my skin that it cut my cuticle. I would like to know why my dip was k$48 when I only had 1 tip put on one nail. I understand every place is different, but I was not satisfied with the cutting corners and what it seem to feel like was a quick way to get me out the door. I had a tip on my nail from a previous manicure and when I asked the tech why she didn’t remove it and put a new one on she told me I didn’t need one until my next manicure.

Don’t get my wrong I do love how my nails came out and the lady was super nice but this was my first time there and while I was getting my nails done I over heard the gentleman ask if the person who was being rang out if she had a punch card and she said it was her first time there so he gave her a punch card and then said that she got a new client discount. When I was charged out not only was the same gentleman on the phone but he did not ask if I had a punch card if I had been there ever, nothing and I did not get a new client discount, so why was it that some people get discounted and some do not?
