I applied through indeed, for a position that seemed like I would be a good fit for. I followed up with a phone call, and had what I thought was a very nice conversation with the recruiter. She said she would look over my resume and get back with me. The position that they had advertised is in an area which would be an easy commute for me, part time which is what I'm looking for, and I thought things were very positive. I've not heard a word from these people for nearly a week, even after two phone calls and an email. I'm very disappointed, because I am a mature person and I think I'm being ghosted because of my age.
