Terrible - I rented a united for $90/Month, then it was sold and it went to $120 per month, then they started charging $9 for "insurance" that I never authorized, don't have any description of, no insurance company listed, no nothing. Try to call? Reach a call center in India. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - THIS COMPANY IS A HUSTLER AT BEST. The company replied saying that they provide notice, this is untrue, I have received no notice of any rent increases other than a bill reflecting new charges, further, the contract I signed had no mention of any insurance requirements, most reputable facilities don’t require insurance, or if they do, they offer insurance waivers. As if that weren’t enough, I did contact support about my concerns, and was told “it’s all in the portal” which it isn’t. Their business practices are incredibly aggressive, I regret choosing this place to store my books, maybe they’ll change the way they conduct business, but probably not.

Great move in experience. Able to reserve and move in unit that same day. Received a text from management saying if there was anything we needed during move in. Hoping move out goes just as smoothly. Below is a photo of the 10 x 10 unit.

Extremely poor customer experience from new owners. Remarkably bad. It’s unfortunate. Liked that place and had good experience for last two years with previous owners. Ended lease.
