**READ THE REVIEWS** my daughter placed an order to be delivered Monday 5/09, we checked the status and it said it was being arranged, it's Tuesday 5/10 and it's still being arranged so we cancelled it. Mind you she has been calling the store and no one answers. Maybe they're behind or whatever their issues are, they should communicate to their customers and not leave them in the dark. These arrangements aren't cheap, they charge you and who knows how long it will take to get a refund. And owner please do not answer with call or email customer service to "make it right" instead, please read how horrible your reviews are and YOU MAKE IT RIGHT.

I received a mother's day gift that was left at my door on the floor. when I opened it, it was covered in ants. I called the local store 3 times, no answer. I called their corporate after 25 mins the representative advised she would contact the local store. When she came back online she told me the store would call me back because a manager was unavailable. They will decide if there is something they can do. After reading these comments I think it's safe to assume this story ends here.

so as usual this store no longer will get my business. i will endeavor to speak bad things about the company's commitment to customer service. the owner should buy a laundromat. failed on a birthday delivery. gave them plenty of time. oh will be there before 5pm. well its 545pm and no deal. will get a refund and curse them, hope the company fails. they sure failed me again. oh yeah used my credit card at the Fontana. Ca store, somebody used it to buy a fishing license in Wyoming. a holes

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife on 1/28/22 online for delivery on 2/14/22 and it never showed up. No communication or anything from this location on why it wasn’t delivered. Now I’m trying to get a refund and have been on hold for over 10 minutes. I want my money back as I have been robbed by this company and this location. How do you take my money and not deliver the goods or service? This is due to a lack of Leadership and a management team that has no idea what is going on. No wonder why the rating are so bad for this location. I will also be sending this complaint to the CEO of the company as this is most likely a franchise and the franchisee needs to be held accountable.
