Having bought my Kubota there several years, I have it in for service on two occasions, and most recently it was like an episode out of a very poorly written Disney cartoon. There were delays in even getting them to finally look at it and then delays in even finding the problem. Plus the owner, Jim, had no communication with the service department, and showed no interest in doing so, despite my speaking with the front desk and the service department staff. I finally was frustrated enough to take the Kubota home where I subsequently fixed the problem within two hours.
