Staff was awesome 👌 everyone welcomed me in and provided great info. Although I didn't get the apartment the manager provided me with assistance on how to correct my rental history so that I could qualify at a later date.

I'm not sure if it is second chance it doesn't state it...it doesn't state minimal credit score either. I guess it would be the regular 550 or above score..contact the office for a definite answer.
