Completely filthy, other patients trash and body fluids all over, nobody checks on you, urine on the counter, vomit in the sink, dry IV and hours will pass before anyone comes by and does nothing, no pillow cases, no gowns given, will be contacting the health department, this place legitimately needs to be shut down. There are plenty of staff however having a good time doing nothing. Healthcare has come a long way apparently but not in a good way.

THey make lplans withou consultingthepaties Whith like to nocare of the patient needs or station. This has been one the worse hospital stay i have ever experienced..ihave been tod a test 3 different plans f which not has materialized. Wastoldthat the are on the nnth for and I m i. Hello my experience with Metro was wonderful my daughter was 24weeks when she was born in 2007 she was 1lb.11 oz. My first born i was 37yrs. Old she was the smallest person I had ever seen seen, I have to say that i came to Cleveland ohio to visit and went in labor early, The staff and drs.,nurses, cleaning crew, just over all we're wonderful now there is always one or two bad apples in a bunch however i don't hold the entire staff accountable for one or two people's wrongs because it was more good than bad my entire stay and i am so very Grateful to each and everyone of you guys, May God Bless each and everyone of you're families, One more thing my Dad had a Major Heart attack in 1993 and they also saved him we lost him in 2017 abd noone can ask for anything more than that. God Bless You All And remember one or two people's wrongs don't define everyone.

Yes. You would have to fill out the firm called Authorization to Release Health Information. Go to the medical records office. On engr 1st floor kind of across from the E elevators. We're open M-F 8 am-330 pm.

There are so many different routes that you could go from Shaker Heights. Its best you do Google maps. Parking can be a little challenging if you have never been there. Things are not cleary marked and the signs are somewhat confusing. You may have to go around the block a few times till you see exactly which building yoy have to go to at the campus setting. It was poorly planned. Good news in the future is they are redesigning the whole facilities. Good luck and just be patient you will eventually find your way around.

Surgery Center is at the Emergency Room entrance, there's an underground parking garage directly across the street, another parking lot catacorner to the building but it only takes cash. There's another parking garage right across from the towers.
Try calling the hospital first to see if there was a mix-up and if they can solve the problem and get you your machine. If you continue to have issues, you can speak with the ombudsman, who you can also reach at the hospital and who oversees department complaints.
