The only thing good I can say about this store is it is clean and the gentleman in the evening are actually quite pleasant and willing to help if needed. But this morning I show up there there is a sign on the door a half an hour after opening that says we'll open at 15 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes and still never opened I knocked on the door and the girl behind the register just waved at me and gave me a pretty little smirk I said how much longer till you open she's I don't know. Good thing duck thru is available in pinetops

I have been getting my gas at the Shell station for at least 20 years. The people that own it now have made some improvements. Friendly staff. Good money saving programs. Jim

A few days ago some I was in there and I was rung up by a lady named Katie. The whole experience was just uncomfortable. She spent the entire time talking bad on her coworkers. Cussing infront of my kids. I think she might be in the wrong job because she just seemed like she wasn’t handling the line because she also short changed me. Not a huge deal but cussing infront of my tots is where I draw the line. Glad I don’t live in that town. But wow.

Decent service but today was no good, love how i ask for $20 on pump 3 plain as day, then getting told I said pump 2, thus saying I was wrong lol, no stay away from this trash gas station
