They had an advertisement on their sign. By the time I had a day off to go in, that was out of stock. I explained what my need was and they were able to give me a great deal on another item that met my needs and for my budget. Not pressure, just doing all they could to find something that worked for both of us. New to the area, and I know the first place I will check in the future.

My fiancée and I went in here yesterday morning just looking around to start thinking on the furniture we're going to have when we get moved in together, hopefully soon with getting married in a few months...anyways, we had seen a bedroom suit we liked made by Vaughan Bassett in another furniture store but it seemed a little marked up, even on sale, turns out it was. We had NO plans of actual buying or reserving anything yesterday but ended up reserving one of their beautiful (although color discontinued) king bedroom sets....for a STEAL! We walked in and just started looking when we were greated by a lovely lady named Jenn, she told us about the discounted bedsets right off when we told her we were just kinda looking and starting out, to walk all the way back and she'd be with us in a minute when she finished up what she was doing. She showed us all sorts of neat things with some of their newer furniture lines, different textures, etc. But she wasn't a pushy salesperson type, so she left us to do our looking and debating and checked on us every so often. She explained how they do their layaway type deals to put a little money down to reserve what you want (or pay it in full, whichever) and they can store it until delivery or pick up....how their partner financing works. And she was generally happy for us when we decided to make the bedroom suit purchase and even gave hugs and wished us the best.
