Amazing views, good vibes and chilling weather- all you can get in a single place. Definitely recommended. There are also big parking spots and some restaurants for dine in.

Yes. There is a designated part of the parking with a sign for free parking on Saturdays and Sundays, right across the station facing river.
One of the Bee-Line buses can get you there. If you map out directions from your location to Dobbs in Google maps and click on bus as the transportation mode, you should see all available options.
