This is a great plasma center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, it is clean and has nice comfy seating. Their hours are a bit short, only til 3 that I can see, but if it works for your schedule this is the best place to donate.

The unprofessionalism I have received from here is immense. The first visit went perfect. From then on it is been nothing but downhill. The person who stuck me the 2nd time miss the vein and try digging for it causing swelling seconds later and pain. I had them remove the needle and get another person to stick my other arm. Following this a massive bruising formed cauing them to deferred me. Now that they even say that it's clear oh, they have to wait on a traveling physician that they won't even tell me if they will be in before or after they close... I get there's risks and bruising, but when I don't even have a bruise they won't even let me back in saying need approval... Now... 3 months down the line and my entire time there has been a lie. I was supposed to be a part of an immunization program that specializes in RSV. And even though I told them every single visit and I mean every. single. visit.... that I was a part of this program and they even verified it on my account. They never even sent out my plasma to the right program. They've just been marking them as normal.. I thought my plasma was going to help people. This just makes me the most depressed person that is ever walked out of that clinic. I cannot believe the lies I've Been Told. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. I cannot believe the amount of time I have wasted at this f****** Clinic. Guess what they did. lower the rates by 50% and didn't let us know until the day off again unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional
