It was my first time going here (I moved from Columbus). I was very comfortable from the time I walked in the door. They are doing all the safety steps regarding COVID-19 which is great. But the staff was the best part. They are very knowledgeable and so friendly. They put you at ease from the minute you walk in and explain everything extremely well. I would recommend them to everyone!

You have to schedule an appointment. I have always had a doctor's order for it.
I don't....its part of my yearly preventive service...automatic and free...check your insurance requirements
No, not at the Stow Health and Wellness Ctr but they do at the Akron General Ambulatory Care Ctr adjacent to Akron General Medical hospital.
