I have been coming here for years. I absolutely love Kristy and Quan. It's such a great atmosphere, nothing but laughs the entire hour that I'm there. Their work is great and prices are decent compared to around other salons. I can go about 2 to 3 weeks without having to go back for another mani or pedi.

None of my nails are the same size or shape. They’re crooked and were rushed. I get sometimes it’s busy and we don’t get perfect all the time but I had an appointment. Then when I asked for it to be fixed I wasn’t offered credit or refund. I was told I could wait an hour. There were two other girls that apparently came first and the owner didn’t even care to look at my nails to see what my complaint was. She just said “I know what I did” very unhappy with customer service and overall quality of work. Will not come back.

I went today with my husband and kids at 12:20 pm i ask to the Chinese lady the “owner” of these place if she can do a gel manicure she answer yes give me an hour i answer ok thank you soo i stand outside of the Establishment because I notice some others Customers without mask on there faces sitting inside , soo i stand outside waiting and waiting and waiting it was 2:50 pm when i went to ask her if she still was going to do my nails because i notice people going in and having there nails done and I'm still standing by the entrance of the establishment being ignored not even Once she said I’m Sorry but Im booked i don’t think I can do your nails today or at least tell me to come back later to check if she was free ,Nothing was said To me , every single customer looking at me weird because I'm still Standing there,being ignored the Chinese (owner) lady ignored me the whole time it was 3:45pm when i had to like ask her with my baby on my arms , like what happen I’m still waiting ,she then decide to said to me (waiving her hand like she was telling A beggar to go away ) I have a lot of appointment coming in I don’t know if i can do your nails them i said well you toll me TO WAIT AN HOUR IS BEEN Three hours and im still waiting then she answer ok after her you can go sit with other Chinese lady that works there she’s going to do your nail ok i said soo i went to sit in front of the movie theater 4:45pm came i get up and went back the Other Chinese l lady was with another new costumer at these point I thought well She was going to apologize for the wait but nope not even a sorry about that ,I was soo mad but didn’t want to make a show, see when you own a establishment and you have customers coming for service and paying with there own money not Begging ,you As a owner have to show professionalism and good customer service When you do wrong at any customer you loose money and clients. Apologizing and acting like you “care a little “ IS How you Attract more customers , Not Apologizing to me in-front of your other customer show how poor customer service and education , and careless you can be ,you As the head if the establishment “owner”have to show respect of the time of your customers , have a little Sympathy and Don’t treat people like the Piece of sh** ,like They bothering you because remember they paying you need the money ,we need the service it goes both ways .I will never go back to your establishment after being Treated like garbage in-font of your other customers and my husband and kids. 4 hours waiting not once you said sorry is Unacceptable , Now I understand why you have bad reviews you don't care.
