The website states trash, water, sewer and snow removal. Some interior and exterior maintenance. Also lawn cutting. If you see a home you like these should be listed. I am looking for homes here. Very clean and active community from the friendly people I have met.
Yes cash only, interview, background and credit check, its a really nice community cannot live anywhere more reasonable and get the services provided
