Been calling for 2 days, left a request for a call back, no call back. Heard the recording over 100 times. If I called @ 10:00 am why is there a more than hour waiting period. RIDICULOUS !!!

We have been stolen from multiple times now with constant claims that we have not filed properly this is becoming ridiculous the last few years now we have been extra careful everything is in order but magically we didn't pay enough or "missed something" I would take their word for it but I hear this happens to a lot of other people and I'm really becoming upset and frustrated that nobody is doing anything about these thieves

Berkheimer is a scam. They mail is indented to scare people into paying junk fees and made up taxes. Do not be fooled into giving them your money.

When I went in to pay my school tax on Thursday before 4:30pm. I noticed that there was only one person. So it makes it hard for that person to do it all. They are open on a Tuesday till 4:30pm. They are open by appointment only.
Just like any other place, they're probably understaffed and overworked. On hold for hours seems like an exaggeration. 15 minutes is the longest I've ever been on hold here. And that was yesterday.
